With new regulations on industrial and water waste discharge, it’s important to make the proper considerations for successful control and regulation of industrial water. Because pollutants such as sand and oil can originate from many sources in commercial facilities, sand, grease and oil separators and interceptors are key for high performance waste removal and essential to high quality concrete retention structures. We design our sand, grease and oil separators and interceptors with an adjustable gravity draw-off connection allowing for the safest optimum removal of oil and debris.
High performing sealants and gaskets can assist in water tightness requirements as well. Corrosion resistant and environmentally friendly, we can be ready for immediate on-site installation of Pro-Cast Products’ sand, grease and oil separators and interceptors.
Excavation Preparation
Excavation must be accessible for our delivery equipment. Bottom of excavation must be dry, level and have a base of gravel or other suitable material compacted to handle anticipated loads.
